When we kick things off we start with a content plan - don’t worry, it’s not as scary as it sounds. We’ll work together to map out what’s achievable each month, set the tone, and make sure we know what’s needed and when, so you can feel confident leaving it in our hands.

Regular content shoots + creation

The fun part where we’re doing all sorts of crazy camera work and editing and you’re able to sit back and enjoy the content! You’re welcome to be involved in this side of things as little as you’d like to be, or if you have ideas we love collaboration and working together.

Maintaining the library

After each shoot we go get to editing and creating the deliverables from the shoot and upload them all to your custom dashboard which serves as our central hub for keeping track of our ideas, shoots and created content. Simple, organised, and totally collaborative.

Easy to download + use files

We make sure to give you the correct file formats and types for the platforms you are uploading to. Everything is stored on Google Drive for easy download, and links are added to your dashboard for easy reference.

We want this to be an easy peasy process and have everything organised. Using a shared trello board allows us to have one central database where videos, ideas and progress can all be stored, tracked and accessed.

FAQs

  • You can be as involved as you like! Some clients like to be hands-on, while others prefer us to handle everything. We’ll set up a system that works for you.

  • Each package includes different amounts of time and therefore flexibility for content creation.

  • We’ll organise everything on a shared content dashboard where you can easily access, review, and download your content. This dashboard also tracks progress and keeps us in sync.

  • Our packages cover a variety of content, from Instagram Reels, product photos, and behind-the-scenes shots to team photos and customer testimonials. We’ll customise the mix based on what works best for you.

  • Unused time can roll over to the next month, but we won’t let too many months bank up. This keeps your content schedule fresh and makes sure we can keep delivering great content.

  • Typically, content is delivered within 1-2 weeks after each shoot, depending on the editing requirements. We aim to keep the turnaround fast and will lay out expected turnarounds when we discuss content types. (i.e. Long form videos may take longer than say a simple instagram reel)
